About The Position

Toast is hiring a bilingual Vietnamese Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow its presence among Vietnamese cuisine restaurants. This remote sales opportunity is based out of a personal home office; candidates must live in their West Coast territory or be willing to relocate there. The role uses a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand, generate opportunities through referrals, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs. The Account Executive identifies restaurant needs and recommends Toast’s end-to-end platform, providing a high-quality, language-inclusive customer experience. The position focuses on new customer growth through calls, demonstrations, and closing contracts in customers’ preferred language. Vietnamese is used with Vietnamese-speaking customers and prospects; English is used primarily with Toast employees. The application and interview process is conducted primarily in English. Toast will not sponsor work visas for this role.

Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

Follow up on marketing-qualified leads in the supported market.
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
Help ensure the onboarding team and customer are set up for success after the sale.
Understand the competitive landscape, including competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and benefits, to position Toast effectively.
