About The Position

ClearlyRated is building a dedicated enterprise and C-level motion to bring client experience (CX) to the largest firms in architecture, engineering, construction, and accounting, starting in early 2027. The Strategic AEC Advisor will help open doors to firm principals and C-level peers and encourage meaningful conversations about client experience as a practice differentiator. The role is designed for a well-connected former firm leader who can operate independently with minimal day-to-day oversight. The advisor will build a community of senior professional-services leaders focused on CX, arrange meetings with contacts at target accounts identified by ClearlyRated, represent the company at selected industry events, and host peer roundtables. The position offers a retainer plus a variable component tied to the enterprise pipeline the advisor helps build. It is non-exclusive, allowing the advisor to retain other advisory, board, or consulting roles. Travel and event costs are covered when representing ClearlyRated. A transition to a full-time role may be considered after a couple of quarters if there is mutual interest, with no obligation to decide in advance.
