The Strategic Accounts Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales activities and supports the Strategic Accounts team serving build-to-rent, multifamily, and regional builder customers. This role directly supervises 1-4 Strategic Accounts Sales Representatives and oversees the day-to-day workflow of the Strategic Accounts Build-to-Rent and regional builder sales. The supervisor assists with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff, addresses employee concerns, and escalates performance or disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy. They also support pricing and account management activities.
