About The Position

LRT Solution’s Strategic Account Representatives support our mission by managing the day to day operations of our key accounts. To be successful in this role, you must be an organized individual who likes to get their hands dirty on a daily basis, fighting to beat our competition. Our ideal Strategic Account Representative should have a service mindset focused on changing the lives of our shipper customers. To be successful in this position you will be relentless about improvement and love winning while having a disdain for failure.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous logistics, customer success or account management experience preferred
  • College Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional and memorable service during all customer interactions.
  • Build, manage, and provide status updates for load lifecycle of current customer base.
  • Take ownership of communication of the shipment process, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Conduct honest and proactive communication with customers fostering trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic and agile team to solve logistical puzzles.
  • Leverage industry CRM and TMS software to efficiently and effectively manage customer interactions.
