The Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving long-term revenue growth and retention. This role requires a consultative sales professional who can build executive-level relationships, identify business challenges, and align fiber, connectivity, voice, and managed solutions to customer needs. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, proactive account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization and is passionate about delivering measurable customer value. In addition, the successful candidate will have familiarity with enterprise, municipal, healthcare, education, or multi-site commercial customers.
