About The Position

SonderMind is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to manage, deepen, and expand relationships with its largest health systems and independent multi-location primary care practices. The role cultivates relationships with leaders, grows existing alliances, develops new clinical service lines and markets, and works with internal teams to address partner needs around provider diversification, regional coverage, and payer requirements. It also uses analytics to improve referral pathways and client acquisition, identifies new partnership opportunities, and coordinates growth initiatives with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. Success includes earning partners’ recognition of SonderMind as a strategic collaborator, increasing client volume from the assigned portfolio, building a clear and data-backed value narrative for each partner, resolving issues proactively, and managing a complex portfolio independently while contributing to team objectives. The position can be performed remotely, with travel to the corporate office, partner visits, and industry conferences as needed.
