About The Position

SonderMind is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to manage, deepen, and expand relationships with its largest health systems and independent multi-location primary care practices. The role owns an assigned portfolio and builds connections across partner organizations, using existing relationships to develop new ones and increase access to SonderMind’s care. Remote work is supported, with travel to the corporate office, partner visits, and industry conferences as needed. Success includes measurable growth in newly acquired clients across the assigned portfolio, strong strategic relationships, a clear data-backed value narrative for each partner, proactive resolution of partner issues, and effective management of a complex portfolio while contributing to team objectives.
