About The Position

Tyndale is seeking a Strategic Account Growth Analyst to help identify new growth opportunities within its existing national and enterprise customer portfolio. This is a non-customer-facing, analytical sales strategy role where the analyst will turn customer, market, and organizational intelligence into actionable recommendations for the National Account Executive team. The role involves researching strategic accounts, identifying buying signals and whitespace opportunities, mapping organizations and stakeholders, and utilizing Salesforce and sales intelligence tools to help the Sales team determine the greatest opportunities and focus areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales intelligence, strategic account planning, business analysis, account growth, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, validate, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources and distinguish meaningful sales and business signals from background information.
  • Experience using business intelligence, market research, organizational analysis, or customer data to identify account growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including account and opportunity records, reports, dashboards, list views, and data-quality practices.
  • Experience using AI-enabled research and sales intelligence tools to accelerate account research, identify buying signals, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex research and analysis into clear, concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and business judgment with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Sales, Marketing, and other teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting national, strategic, key, or enterprise accounts and familiarity with organizational mapping, stakeholder analysis, cross-sell, upsell, or whitespace programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of complex B2B sales environments and tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research Tyndale’s existing national and enterprise customers using Salesforce, AI-enabled research tools, sales intelligence platforms, professional networks, and industry sources to uncover account growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and validate business signals such as acquisitions, new facilities, geographic expansion, capital investments, hiring activity, leadership changes, and organizational restructuring that may indicate growth potential.
  • Identify and prioritize whitespace, cross-sell, upsell, new-location, business-unit, and enterprise-wide expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Build organizational maps, stakeholder profiles, and account intelligence that provide greater visibility into customer structures, decision-makers, and potential buying centers.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic fit, customer readiness, buying signals, account complexity, and available evidence, translating findings into clear recommendations for National Account Executives.
  • Provide portfolio-level analysis and insights to Sales Leadership to support account prioritization, resource allocation, strategic account planning, and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable account intelligence within Salesforce, including records, reports, dashboards, and related documentation, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, automation, and data quality.
  • Partner with Marketing and other internal teams to align account intelligence with campaigns, growth initiatives, and sales enablement priorities.
  • Measure the impact of account intelligence efforts through qualified opportunities, influenced pipeline, data completeness, tool adoption, and stakeholder feedback.
