About The Position

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is a key focus area for IFS, with significant investment announced in 2021 to drive growth and market leadership. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Enterprise Asset Management Account Executive in North America to join this exciting journey and drive EAM sales into strategic customers. This role involves close collaboration with Ultimo's European headquarters and our extensive Ecosystem. The mission is to grow Ultimo in North America, a region with massive growth potential. The primary responsibility is to lead by example and create new business deals throughout the region, focusing on key industries. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a subject matter expert in enterprise asset management. This candidate will conduct client-facing peer-to-peer discussions, provide guidance to local sales teams, and collaborate with field legal teams during contract negotiations. This is a client-facing role focused on near-term transactions and developing long-term strategic engagements, requiring client travel. Candidates must also possess demonstrated leadership skills, strong written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, negotiation skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to exhibit professional business conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience
  • Experience in client-facing or internal consulting in a senior advisory capacity
  • Knowledge in and experience with Asset & Facility Management industry regulations/standards and compliance frameworks
  • Understanding and application of successful sales methodologies
  • Fluent English

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated history of working with big 5 consulting firms and top market influencers to close large deals
  • Other languages would be a plus
  • A team player with the ability lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
  • Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business development and sales activities aligning with the business growth strategies and advance all relevant projects
  • Gain access to and influence the appropriate decision-makers to manage evaluation processes in order to pursue opportunities for a successful conclusion.
  • Create and Maintains outstanding strategic relations with business partners and define sales strategy to reach sales targets
  • Ongoing skills training and development
  • Maintain comprehensive lead, opportunity and contact pipeline in the CRM system.
