About The Position

US HealthConnect (USH) is seeking a Strategic Account Director to drive the continued growth of the ReachMD Life Sciences business. This role is crucial for understanding client business objectives and desired outcomes through engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) via ReachMD. The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for acquiring new customer accounts, expanding business with existing customers, and contributing to the strategic development of the ReachMD team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital healthcare sales with a strong emphasis on Commercial/Brand/Media.
  • Extensive experience in Commercial/Brand/Media.
  • Experience selling into HCP agencies.
  • Strong Sales Hunter mentality with established relationships across top HCP media buying agencies (e.g., CMI, PHM, Havas, Klick).
  • Demonstrated track record of successful selling and territory growth.
  • Fluency in the language of Life Sciences customers.
  • Comfort and confidence leading client meetings.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of data and critical metrics important to clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Flexibility and independence while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel in the US as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Become well-versed in client's therapeutic area(s) and business priorities, mapping HCP engagement strategies to these priorities.
  • Map accounts to identify multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Follow a sales solution cycle leading to proposal development and contract execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ReachMD colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback on market trends, ideas, and products.
