Digitad is positioned within the Collective as the digital performance agency. Founded in 2015 through paid search expertise, our team has grown stronger over time, allowing us to develop multiple areas of specialization. Our goal is to act as strategic partners for our clients, guiding them toward the most valuable growth levers and supporting them through the expertise that brings the highest added value. It also means joining Quebec’s leading digital ecosystem, bringing together 70 passionate professionals across three agencies: Digitad (Performance): Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Ads, etc.), website development, and e-commerce platforms. La Fusée (Training): Digital marketing and AI training (private and individual programs). Genia (AI & Technology): Supporting companies of all sizes in their AI transition (AI assessments, tool implementation, change management). We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Strategist to support our Paid Acquisition team. As a true expert in Search and Social advertising, you also have strong knowledge—or even expertise—in Programmatic and Retail Media. You will lead multi-channel media strategy, oversee campaign performance, drive ROI, and actively contribute to the agency’s growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Paid Media expertise
  • Advanced mastery of: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of multi-lever strategies: Search, Social, Display, Retail
  • Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking & attribution
  • Excellent analytical, interpretation, and synthesis skills
  • Ability to build and manage dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent)
  • Media plan development and involvement in pre-sales efforts
  • Strong client-facing skills: pedagogy, proactivity, consultative mindset
  • Strong results and ROI orientation
  • Structured, rigorous, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Data-driven culture, curiosity, and passion for experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convince and present
  • Adaptability to evolving platforms, trends, and algorithms
  • 5 to 6 years of Paid Media experience, including agency experience (strong asset)
  • Expertise in SEA + Paid Social
  • Experience managing a client portfolio
  • Degree in digital marketing or equivalent
  • Bilingual French / English

Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute the overall acquisition strategy across: SEA/SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic (StackAdapt, Quantcast, Reddit), E-Retail / Retail Media (Amazon Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, etc.).
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals (traffic, conversions, sales, ROAS)
  • Ensure operational excellence through: Account structure and hygiene, Weekly monitoring and performance adjustments, Bid management optimization, A/B testing, Ad copywriting, Creative and budget optimization
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CRO, revenue, share of voice)
  • Develop dashboards, performance reviews, and actionable insights
  • Implement a continuous optimization approach
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, including: New SEA/SEM formats, AI & automation, Meta/Google platform updates, DSP ecosystems, Amazon Ads, Retail Media, Programmatic, First-party data signals, etc.
  • Recommend new approaches, experiments, adtech tools, and relevant technologies
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts (upsell/cross-sell) in collaboration with Digital Advisors
