About The Position

P&G serves consumers around the world with one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, quality, leadership brands. We are looking for a Media Specialist to fill a current vacancy. This is a full-time permanent non-management role. In this role, your key responsibilities will be to assist with the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of media plans for the category, manage media tool entries, flowcharts, monthly budgets, authorizations, delivery recaps, competitive analyses, and billing, manage billing reconciliation with buying agency including Proof of Performance process, pull and format reporting data from various platforms including Media Tools, DCM, traffic and tag across all media types (Digital, TV, Radio, etc.) and ensure teams have appropriate specs and accurate creative is being used, ensure all campaigns have media assets to traffic, working with the brand teams to ensure on track for delivery date, create and maintain records of plans, insertion orders, schedules, etc., and assist in the evaluation of media opportunities. Other responsibilities as needed include assembly of presentation materials, meeting setup, coordination with outside suppliers where relevant and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ year Media Operations or Ad Operations Experience
  • Must have understanding of digital media planning and buying process, ad serving capabilities, tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution
  • Working understanding of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying/investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, publishing, programmatic buying, reserve digital, social and search.
  • Capable of working with new emerging tools and/or technologies
  • Comfortable with technology, including tag creation and QA
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Toronto based office.
