Join Sentry’s team as a Social Media Strategist – Digital Reputation! This role involves continuously tracking brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations across various online platforms. You will collaborate with departments outside of marketing to escalate and resolve digital concerns, and utilize social listening and reputation tools to detect emerging risks and opportunities. A key part of this role is analyzing the digital footprint by auditing search engine results to identify negative or irrelevant content. You will also benchmark competitor reputation performance and strategies, sharing insights with SEO, PR, and Digital Content partners. The role requires creating dashboards and recurring reports on digital reputation KPIs, assisting with the development of social media strategies related to digital reputation, and evaluating current social media tools and technologies to recommend improvements.
