About The Position

The Store Team Member works with the store team to provide a welcoming, high-energy customer experience. The role involves engaging customers with hospitality, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping store merchandise stocked. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz.
An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz describes the work atmosphere as fast-paced and team-oriented.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
