About The Position
As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on creating a positive customer experience. You will provide friendly service, prepare food and beverages to customers’ specifications, handle checkout transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean. The role offers opportunities to build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service and to grow within Sheetz. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
