About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role centers on providing a positive customer experience through hospitality, customer service, sales, and food preparation. Team members work together to serve customers, adapt to changing needs, and may develop skills across multiple facets of store operations. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
