About The Position
Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team members work across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop skills and grow within Sheetz. The position offers an additional $1.50 per hour for work performed between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz also describes competitive benefits and perks, including competitive salaries and PTO, 100% paid maternity and paternity leave, food and drink discounts, up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement, and employee bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
