About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, collaborating with the team to provide customers with a welcoming and positive experience. The role involves customer service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and stocking merchandise. Team members may develop skills across multiple facets of store operations, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
