About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, providing customers with a welcoming and positive experience. The role involves customer service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and keeping merchandise stocked. Team members may work across several areas of the store and can develop their skills and grow their careers within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
