About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment and helps create a positive customer experience. The role involves engaging customers with hospitality and supporting multiple facets of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service. Team members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, process transactions, maintain store and food-service areas, and restock merchandise. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for working between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
