About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, collaborating with the team to provide customers with a positive Sheetz experience. The role involves welcoming customers, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, handling checkout transactions, maintaining clean store and dining areas, and restocking merchandise. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock merchandise throughout the store.
