About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, food and beverage preparation, checkout transactions, and maintaining store readiness. Team members can develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
