About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Team members work together to welcome customers, prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, process transactions, and maintain stocked, clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The role offers opportunities to develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with potential for career growth within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
