About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success in our Middleburg Heights retail store. This is an opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role. At Goodwill, you will be part of a mission to empower individuals on their journey to independence and provide life-changing programs to the community.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
- A high school diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
- Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
- Jump in where needed- running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.
- Create a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and staff through a positive attitude and leadership skills.
