About The Position

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio seeks a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Store Team Lead/Shift Manager to help drive success in our Middleburg Heights retail store. This is an opportunity for individuals with some leadership experience who are eager to grow in a retail management role. Working with Goodwill means being part of a team that directly supports outreach programs in the local community, such as pre-employment training, job placement services, family strengthening initiatives, and community outreach programs. The role also contributes to environmental impact by diverting materials from landfills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
  • Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed goals.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, such as running the cash register, organizing merchandise, or monitoring store performance metrics.
  • Foster a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and staff through a positive attitude and leadership skills.
