About The Position

The Store Support role supports the SKIMS shop by maintaining back-stock organization and visual standards, keeping product and fixtures presentable, and replenishing merchandise throughout the day. The position also provides general support to the department, including event setup, backroom organization, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. Applicants should be independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; handling bulky items and lifting above the head; and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized back stock and the visual standard of the SKIMS shop.
Own organization and SKIMS visual standards in the shop-in-shop.
Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables full and neat.
Clean and maintain fixtures.
Monitor back stock, keep key items filled, and communicate low styles or sizes to the Skimbassador.
Run a replenishment stock list for inventory needs and escalate needs monthly using the provided template.
Keep product filled throughout the day.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general departmental support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
