About The Position

The Store Support role supports the SKIMS shop at Fashion Island by maintaining organized back stock, upholding visual standards, replenishing merchandise, and helping keep selling floors and stockrooms clean and organized. The position also provides general department support, including special-event setup, backroom organization, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items and reaching overhead; and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly or frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

Maintain organized back stock and the SKIMS shop’s visual standards.
Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables full and neat.
Clean and maintain fixtures.
Monitor back stock, keep key items replenished, and communicate low styles or sizes to the Skimbassador.
Run a replenishment stock list for inventory needs and escalate needs monthly using the provided template.
Keep product filled throughout the day.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general department support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
