About The Position

The Store Support associate for the SKIMS shop is responsible for keeping back stock organized, maintaining SKIMS visual standards, and ensuring merchandise and fixtures are neat, clean, and replenished. The role supports the department and selling floor through inventory replenishment, backroom organization, special-event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain organization of back stock and the SKIMS shop’s visual standards.
Own organization and visual standards in the shop-in-shop area.
Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables full and neat.
Clean and maintain fixtures.
Monitor back stock, keep key items filled, and communicate low styles or sizes to the Skimbassador.
Run a replenishment stock list for inventory needs and escalate needs monthly using the provided template.
Keep product replenished throughout the day.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general departmental support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
