About The Position

The Store Support role at SKIMS in Valley Fair is responsible for maintaining organized back stock and the visual standards of the SKIMS shop-in-shop. This includes keeping product, fixtures, and selling areas neat, clean, and replenished; monitoring inventory and communicating low styles or sizes; and supporting general department needs such as special events, backroom organization, markdowns, and fixture moves. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest level of back-stock organization and uphold the visual standards of the SKIMS shop-in-shop.
Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables full and neat.
Ensure fixtures are clean and maintained.
Monitor back stock, keep key items replenished, and communicate low styles or sizes to the Skimbassador.
Run a replenishment stock list for inventory needs and escalate needs monthly using the provided template.
Keep product replenished throughout the day.
Help maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general department support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
