About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads shift-level execution to ensure excellent customer service, staff productivity, and operational readiness during assigned shifts. The position requires availability Monday through Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., including every other weekend. The role is onsite, full-time, and hourly, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. The Store Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to interact and communicate with customers, donors, and other team members.
• Ability to work in an environment with odors, dust, and extreme fluctuations in temperature.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Knowledge of First Aid and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required to drive an ESGWND vehicle or personal vehicle on company business.
• Ability to accommodate two-hour periods of standing, twisting, bending, reaching, and sitting.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards on the sales floor and at POS.
• Manage POS opening and closing and cash controls, including banking.
• Deploy staff effectively to meet service and productivity needs.
• Coach associates on service, productivity, and standards.
• Maintain store readiness, safety, and visual standards during shifts.
• Open and/or close the store as a key holder.
• Manage schedules and breaks during assigned shifts.
