About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position requires a positive, dependable, self-motivated approach, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. The listed starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and positive.
• Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
