About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role helps create a welcoming customer experience by providing hospitality and serving food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor also coaches team members, helps maintain product availability and merchandising, and keeps store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Candidates must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Ability to multi-task.
