About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with a high-energy, team-oriented approach. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. The posting offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments, and an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
