About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a positive, hospitable experience. The role involves serving quality food and beverages according to customer specifications, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. Supervisors mentor and coach team members, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is overnight.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and positive.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
