About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to support store team members and deliver a hospitable customer experience. The role includes welcoming customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Supervisors must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Sheetz considers qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform essential duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for certain tasks.
Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds or assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
