About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role involves coordinating and coaching the team, serving food and beverages to customer specifications, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. The position requires a positive attitude, dependability, efficiency, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and positive attitude.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example and help the team deliver hospitality throughout the customer experience.
