About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees, trains, and develops a team that consistently provides a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals. The role assists with day-to-day store operations, financial monitoring, forecasting, and analysis to support store performance and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and works onsite in Parsons, Tennessee. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1–2 years of retail experience in a similar working environment.

Optimize results through efficient expense spending and thorough planning.
Assist with monitoring financials and sales to understand current business.
Assist with forecasting and analyzing business trends and functions related to payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize store performance and profitability.
