About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees, trains, and develops a team that consistently provides a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals. The role supports day-to-day store operations, helps monitor financial performance and sales, and contributes to forecasting and analysis of business trends and functions such as payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize store performance and profitability.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1–2 years of retail experience in a similar working environment.
