About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing energy and a strong team mentality to help store team members deliver a positive customer experience. The role includes customer service, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Demonstrate self-motivation, dependability, efficiency, a positive attitude, task-prioritization skills, and the ability to delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
