About The Position

The Operations Associate supports store operations by shipping and receiving stock and shipments, administering daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a positive store experience. The role calls for collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and use retail technology and systems. Employees must be able to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours, work weekends, holidays, and evenings, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of and help control shrink.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
