About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a welcoming, hospitable customer experience by serving quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members, oversees product ordering and merchandising, and helps keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be at least 18 years of age. Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
