About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. The role focuses on driving store profitability, managing inventory, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing a superior guest experience. The manager oversees daily operations, develops and manages team members, and uses sales and business trends to guide store performance. This is a full-time, onsite position in Villanow, Georgia, reporting to the District Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of retail management experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
Availability to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations.
Recruit and hire talent.
Train and develop the team.
Manage employee performance and set clear expectations, track results, and support continuous improvement.
Schedule employee shifts effectively to meet guest demand, deliver a superior experience, and maintain labor controls.
Drive store profitability.
Actively manage profit and loss and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends.
Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities.
Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
Communicate company objectives as necessary.
Create a people-first culture focused on superior guest service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
