About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in providing customers with a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, managing merchandise availability and presentation, and maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. The position is an overnight shift and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of employment. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Lead by example with high energy and a strong team mentality, working with the team to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience.
