About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, efficient, positive, and able to prioritize and delegate tasks. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
