About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on engaging customers through hospitality and ensuring they have a positive experience. Supervisors help the team prioritize and delegate tasks while supporting daily store operations, including customer service, food and beverage preparation, product availability, and cleanliness. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.

Requirements

Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Lead by example and help the team engage customers with hospitality.
