About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering desired results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. You help create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Model the customer experience for team members.
Support the management team in consistently meeting merchandising and operational standards.
Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Maintain flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
