About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor to contribute to the store management team through implementation of strategies and operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team in growing sales, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The company seeks someone who embraces originality and integrity, demonstrates empathy toward customers and coworkers, leads by example, and supports team performance. The position is located in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to handle lifting up to 40 pounds and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Must comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support, assist, and coach store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
