About The Position

The Supervisor assists management in overseeing and managing assigned governmental contracts. The role involves safely overseeing and performing duties detailed in the PWS or other contracted services while providing quality customer service. Knowledge of, and willingness to learn, all aspects of the job are required.

The position may involve travel between locations and buildings throughout the year and in varying weather conditions. Most work takes place indoors, and the role may involve working with cleaning chemicals. The employee must follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment according to customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change and may include early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Drug testing is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in custodial services.
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience dealing with government personnel or customers concerning contracted services.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Good written and verbal management communication and people skills.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence, satisfactory driving record, and eligibility for coverage under the corporate policy.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contracts.
• Ability to pass organizational screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Ability to meet the described physical demands, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Must complete required drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with oversight and management of assigned governmental contracts.
• Safely oversee and perform duties detailed in the PWS or other contracted services.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment according to customer requirements.
• Travel to and from various locations and buildings as needed.
• Perform physical tasks that may include removing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.
