About The Position

As a Store Shift Supervisor, you are a hands-on leader who is passionate about people and their pets. You help lead the team during your shift, provide neighbors with an exceptional, welcoming experience, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role includes assisting customers with product selection, supporting team members, and completing operational tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks.
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner.
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Enjoy working with pets and people.
