About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and includes customer service, merchandise replenishment and recovery, housekeeping, and assistance at the register. This position is part-time and seasonal, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Help bag customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
